2022 KOS ESG REPORT

In 2022, KOS established the TF (Task Force) for implementing ESG management. Subsequently, an official team and ESG Committee were formed in 2023 to internalize ESG principles and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

The foundational work for implementing ESG management was initiated through consultations with three major domestic corporations (KOS, KOSWIRE, KOS GLOBAL) in 2022. From January 2023, seven divisions were established to drive ESG management activities across the company. By setting ESG KPIs within each division and enhancing our response capabilities to address ESG-related issues, KOS is realizing the ESG management vision of ‘Constantly growing company challenging for environment and humanity’.

As ESG management becomes more ingrained and sophisticated within our operations, KOS will continue to publish an annual ESG report to foster expanded communication with stakeholders. Above all, we pledge to prioritize 'Sustainability' by considering ESG concerns as paramount when making decisions at KOS.
